* 🌹Anju Bobby George * - `` Anju Bobby George (born 19 April 1977) is a famous Indian long jump jumper. He became famous in 2003 when he won a bronze medal in the long jump at the World Athletics Championships in Paris. With this, Anju became the first Indian woman to win a medal at the World Athletics Championships. Anju jumped 6.70 meters that day. Anju also won silver at the 2005 IAAF World Athletics Final. They consider this to be his best performance. Anju's gold medal was lifted in 2014 after the Russian gold medalist was found to have taken drugs.
