◾When you get up in the morning and rush to the office after finishing all your work, take a shower. Often after making food, running and taking a bath will be a single run with everything made in the stomach. But health experts say that eating food immediately after bathing is not good. Experts say that eating immediately after taking a bath can lead to many problems like acidity and heartburn. After bathing, the blood around the stomach starts flowing to other parts of the body, so digestion does not take place properly when eating at this time. Ayurveda also says that proper digestion will not take place because the body temperature will be low after bathing. So experts say that there should be a gap of 2-3 hours between eating after bathing and before bathing. As this routine continues, the body will begin to experience many aches and pains. Along with this, experts point out that it can lead to weight gain and obesity. This can lead to many serious health problems later on. Experts said that if there is no gap of two to three hours between bathing and eating during the regular rush, then take care to bathe in hot water instead of cold water.
